Australian Tour Week 4 & Final May Giveaway

What a weekend, it all started last Wednesday at the launch party for The Dip (which you definitely should check out) after which I did a throwback hip hop set at The Flinders with my man Kato. Fun was had by all and lots of drinking definitely set the tone for the rest of the weekend.

Thursday I hit Onefiveone in Wollongong. I had no idea what to expect but it ended up being completely mental. We got 1300 through the door and the people up against the DJ booth managed to tear the plexi-glass off of it! What a night!

Friday I was at Platinum in Gold Coast, what a nice club and full of a zillion hot girls. Crowd was awesome and on point. The fellas from the club took good care of me and I left rather drunk! Unfortunately didn’t get any pics.

Saturday was my final Australian show at Monastery in Brisbane. Before the gig I went to see Nina Las Vegas and Aston Shuffle at another show, then Sampology down the block before my set. Finally made it to Monastery, I love this venue, great sound system and great layout. Crowd was bonkers and I had such a blast, ended up doing a hip hop set at 5am, not sure why it just kind of happened!

Monday back in Sydney I did Heaps Decent again this time at Redfern Community Centre and worked with some really talented young MC’s and an aspiring dubstep producer. We had a great afternoon and got some cool material done. Big shout to everyone at Heaps Decent!

All my Aussie gigs are over, off to New Zealand this week for Wellington and Auckland, then back to the states. Its been amazing and I’m sad to leave but I’ve been here for over a month!
